CALD Concerns Considered in ALRC Family Violence Report
On the 8th February 2012 the Australian Law Reform Commission released its report - Family Violence and Commonwealth Laws —Improving Legal Frameworks (ALRC Report 117) which picked up on many of the recommendations made in FECCA’s submission to the inquiry into Family violence and Commonwealth laws.
