FECCA develops partnerships with other organisations in Australia and overseas that have a mutual interest in its values; the promotion of multiculturalism, the protection of community harmony, the advocacy of social justice, and the rejection of racism and discrimination.

Partnerships are formalised by a memoranda of understanding or other forms of agreement. These partnerships support the joint promotion or advocacy on issues of shared concern, project collaboration and policy development. Where ever possible partnerships assist to extend the scope of each organisation's client base, its strategic influence and/or special interests.
